If you have never climbed at a bouldering centre before, or have very little experience, you will need to complete an Onyx Induction. This is a 30 minute session with one of our staff members who will guide you through how it all works as well as the do's, the dont's and all the information you need to climb safely and become an Onyx regular! ​

Info: Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your session start time to complete the necessary forms.

For: Ages 14+ but under 18's must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

If you have a friend aged 18+ who is already registered at Onyx then they can sign you in as a guest. This means they will be responsible for looking after you and showing you how it all works. If they have a Membership they might even be able to get you in free (first visit only).

Each registered climber at Onyx can sign in a maximum of 2 guests.

Aged 18+

If you are aged over 18 - once you have been a few times, we recommend at least 4 times, and understand how to boulder safely, you can register as an unsupervised climber yourself.

For those who are under 18 there is an option to attend our Onyx Youth Club.

 

Instructed classes, split by age that focus on learning the techniques and skills required to be the best climber they can be.
