Ladies Rise & Climb
We're excited to offer a Ladies’-Only Session, designed to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for women — particularly those from the Asian community — to discover the joys of bouldering at their own pace.
When: Saturdays 8.45am to 9.45am before our centre opens to the public at 10am and will be supervised by a female member of staff.
Who for: Ages 14+ to adult
How It Works
Induction Period (2 weeks) – £35 (including shoe hire)
We’ll start with a two-week induction covering the basics of bouldering, safety, and how to use the space confidently and independently.
Once completed, you’ll be signed off to attend open sessions without direct supervision.

Open Climbing Sessions (8-week pilot)
After the induction, you're welcome to join our weekly women’s open sessions — a friendly, supportive environment supervised by a female instructor (not coached). These sessions are perfect for climbing socially, building confidence, and practising skills at your own pace.
To attend, you’ll need to purchase a punch card:

5-session punch card – £50 (includes shoe hire, valid for 8 weeks)

8-session punch card – £76 (includes free shoe hire, valid for 8 weeks)
Minimum group size: 6 participants required to go ahead.
We’ll only launch the programme once we’ve reached this number — so tell your friends and spread the word!

Why a Punch Card?
This setup allows us to:
• Run a private session outside of standard opening hours
• Offer flexible attendance – no need to commit to every single week
• Provide a women-only environment with light support if needed
• Help you feel comfortable in a private setting before trying public sessions (if you wish)
